Looking for Prison Manager | ($1000 - $5000 A Month)

Hello Mc-Market Members,

I am here today on behalf of the Floydcast team. We are extremely interested in expanding our network by adding Prison as our brand new gamemode.


Budget: We are looking to spend around $1000 - $5000 a month however we are open to higher amounts if you exceed our requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with Competitive and Casual Prisons
• Must have discord Nitro ($10 Version)
• Must be able to spend 40-60 Hours a week on the server/working on the server
• Past experience being a manager
• Have at least 2 references of known prison servers
• Must speak fluent English and have perfect grammar
• Must know how to handle players
• Must understand the basis of consumer retention and engagement
• Must be able to bring in/recruit staff (We will not be posting staff applications publicly or announcing them on any of our platforms)
• Must have experience using TikTok (Marketing using tiktok isn't required, just general experience using the application is fine)
• Must have a B+ average in there current education level e.g University, college

This is a long term Position focused on creating a stable enjoyable Prison server to further expand our playerbase and network. We understand that there is a high entry level/requirements however we feel as if the pay justifies the requirements.
