Looking for Professional seasoned Xenforo web designer 18+

Looking for a web designer that works to make original content (No pulling off generic templates that are obvious along all of your portfolios onto my site)

Buycraft, banlists, dynmaps, and the xenforo linkage of pex to the site setup.
As well as a wiki page set on the site. Generally i want my site to be somewhat similar but inverted to another i have seen before, which i will tell once you accept the proposal.

blah blah blah.. though its true there is no problem to open a pay-pal account if you are under 18 but the only thing is if they find you, your account will be suspended and any funds will be frozen - Mainly i choose people over 18 due to do anything that requires money for me because it keeps the air of professionalism which i find to be calming.

Bruh, half the people on here use PayPal and they are under eighteen.

Anyway, good luck finding someone eligible that is over the age of eighteen.

The difference i see is that since they are over 18 the majority of these people keep their prices high, seeing as how they tend to have jobs - but it's worth the satisfaction.
