Who We Are
We are a Minecraft Network startup. As of this moment, we are now looking for qualified developers to fulfill our needs. Additionally, we are also looking for bright "Game Designers" that have a passion for the game, to renovate the old skyblock game mode into something more exciting.

What we're looking for

High understanding of NMS and path finding for custom mobs, etc
Minimum 4 years experience with java
Be able to test your progress on a test server
High quality, and readable code.
Experience with MySQL
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with Gradle
Experience with Skyblock Gamemode and Plugins are a HUGE PLUS
Multi threading
Efficiently storing data
Voice Chat with us for Discussions and input
Be able to communicate through Discord/Telegram
Maintain projects previous developers have worked.
An understanding of errors, and know how to find & fix them.
An understanding of documentation and taking the time to address things that we may have missed in the documentation
It would help if you had past experience with other semi-big minecraft server networks

Payment
All payments will be made through PayPal Invoice. As we begin, we would most likely be paying per commission on a project by project basis but there will be opportunity for an hourly wage of $20-30/hour. Upon acceptance to this job, you'll have to share our goals. Let me make this clear, we are looking for developers that will be able to see our vision. Both ICA and NDA legal documents will be required of you to begin work. (This means that you have to be 18 years of age or have a co-signer.)
Additionally, we have enough projects where you will be working up to 40 hours a week and at least 10 hours a week for the next two months, minimum.

Timeframe
The timeframe on any projects we ask of you will vary depending on the difficulty. Though we expect a new feature to be successfully completed and functioning within an agreed upon timeframe of our initial provided document. If you ever have any questions, just let us know. We are quite flexible.

Budget
Our budget varies from each mini project you complete for us.
Current Budget for Projects: About $1000/Project
Small Project: ~$250 USD Up to 1 week
Medium Project ~$750 USD Up to 2 weeks
Large Project ~$2000 USD Month+

What we want of you
We expect our developers to be able to complete these projects within a the specific deadline of assigning, if you feel you need more time, don’t hesitate to give us notice in advance of the deadline.

We expect that you will know how to depend on Vault, Plugin messaging channels and be able to support our plugins for three months after release for any bugs found, after the fact we will pay you for your services and any extra features added.
We also require you to be at least 18 years of age for legal purposes. Even if you have a cosigner, we rather not deal with it unless you’re exceptionally talented. Additionally, we’d love for you to provide us with a portfolio of your code for review, and if most of your plugins aren't public, just let me know and we will figure something else out.
