On your application form it says:
This is the Development Team application, meaning you must have skills (ex: plugin making, building etc.) Like stated in the Terms Of Service, 75% will go to the producer and 25% will go to the Network. You must know what you are doing before applying, If you cannot do your job correctly, you will be terminated from the network.

So its not a 80% commission rate?
