Hi there,

CS:GO Gambling sites are now against Valve's and Steam's TOS. You cannot use their services and API to develop/use a gambling website. I doubt anyone will make you one due to this fact now. Your website would be shut down because of it. Good luck.

Steam has not been taking any actions like sending them mail etc, Its okey if you dont want to make one. Im still looking for this.

There is no point, when you release the site, you'll get no users playing and you will probably get contacted by valve. You'll lose $500+.
