Looking for second owner

I intend to start a server by the end of February, that can be easily done as of now. However, the problem, given my future schedule, I would be unable to devote as much time to the server, I will share further details if you're interested in this partnership. Thus far, I've been unable to find someone who is just as active and focused on the server.

What I can offer:

I intend to fund 65% of the server cost as well as to spend much of my time organising the server for release. I've premium plugins which would be incredibly essential in starting this server. Moreover, I can offer my budgeting skills to manage the finances of the server to ensure we do not overspend or spurge unnecessarily on trivial plugins or deadweight. I welcome any ideas and would encourage one to likewise do so as well. I can handle the publicity of the server through engaging youtubers and publishing our server as sponsored servers on voting sites.

Who I want:

• Mature
• You should be active and can wholeheartedly devote yourself to the server. I understand some may be schooling or working, however, you should spend time working on the server as well, as would I
• Someone who can talk comfortably through the mic
• Willing to share their ideas with me
• Responsible, I do not ever intend to partner with a liar, you should be open about your mistakes. Take note, even if it means stalling or inefficiency of the server, I will not hesitate to cut ties with you immediately.
• I'm not concerned with what plugins you have nor the financial backing you may possess
• Neither am I concerned with the connections you have

Plans:

I do have plans, but I wish to share it with another and recieve critical feedback about it. I also have some possessions which may be of interest to you, which I will let you know in due time.


Recruitment:

I will handle the bulk of the recruitment, while you should handle the vetting of our staff members. I do admit my oversight and hope someone would be able to vet once more to ensure sincerity of our staff members.


I will keep this thread up for as long as it takes till I find an owner.
