I am working on a Survival Server Project, been working on it alone. Everything from building to setting up menu's that has alot of functions with over 8k lines of text in them. To custom functions and to have gotten custom made plugins made to help me add the wanted functions.
So here i am, in need for people who can help me out when i am at work and when the server has launched.
By no mean's am i here saying this server will be it, it will be succesful. And to be honest, i dont care if it does or doesn't. I'm in this for the cummunity thats about it.
I'm the old owner of a Survival Server named Averstymc, it exploded with a stable player base. Launch week i had 40-50 active players and it stayed active for a long time till i had some personal issues popping up!
I am not able to give you a pay, but what i did on my old server was. With the donations made i gave away 2 computers and something once a month with a procentage of the donations. And the staff team would get a budget once every 3th month to find something they would like and sometimes when more was made i would drop gift cards to the staff's.
My requirements are kinda big i would say. For me age is not a number but we will have to chat together on Discord. And it might take a few days before i choose you. This way i am more safe about letting someone inside what i have worked hard for!
Requirements:
- 16+ ages : Yes i said age is not a number, and you can message me if your under 16. But chances are higher the older you are. - Experince in managing players in the right manner: What i mean is, don't get angry. Handle things correctly and professionally. I am not saying treat them as a kid, i am saying treat them well and think before answering. If the player is being a d*ck and saying things, don't say the same things back. I do not tollorate this and it will result in instant removal of the team! - The server is located in EU: I work night times "CEST" i would love to get some who can be online thru the day, after work/school and then i would love someone who can be online when it's night. Just because it's located in EU. People from all over the world will be there! - Correct manners and be able to contribute when i need help with the server.
Don't message me if you plan to just drop out or have fun. Because not only will you be wasting your own time, but mine as well. I already have one friend on the staff team, she will be helping me choosing the others as well!
And please, if you dont have any serious things to say. Dont comment really, kinda just a waste.
