I am looking for a plugin developer for a 1.9.4 prison server

What is needed:
Willing and able to talk in voice chat about plugins and stuff.
Be able to make quality plugins and troubleshoot any issues with plugins on the server.
Willing to learn new coding languages if necessary to integrate something into the server.

Budget: to be discussed

What we need now:
Plugin to integrate token enchants with npcs through an inventory shop.
A custom pvp reward system with its own currency and a customizable shop within a npc inventory shop.
A plugin to connect with buycraft to show the top monthly and top all time donators as npcs in the world.

Pay: We are willing to negotiate a % of all donations that the server gets.

Its true iv done it ones and never again no developer will do it as 98% of the time the server gets no ware and don't earn anything so the developer just wasted there time and you get free plugins

No one is going to work for the chance to earn money.

I don't know how many times I have to say this but no developer that actually deserves to be called a developer (by Minecraft's standards) will work for a percentage of profits.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that you changed it, but saying $10 per plugin is like saying you'll purchase computers for $400 a piece. Sometimes you'll be paying too much, often you'll be paying too little. Your budget should be per-plugin, and discussed with the developer at the time. I'd be happy to do some commissioned work for you if you're willing to pay per-plugin, but I work via text chats and I don't do free work on the side for "oh, by the way can you do this real quick", so if you're just looking to buy some plugins one-off, hit me up, but otherwise you'll want to change your budget to a "we'll work it out per-plugin" kind of deal.
