Looking for server optimizer

Hello,

I am looking for someone who is highly experienced with optimizing servers and able to analyze logs/reports to determine what is causing lag.

I run a 1.21 SMP server with around 30 player average and peaks of 50 to 70 and we have been dealing with terrible lag recently. The TPS will fluctuate going from 20 TPS to 10 TPS and then back to 20 TPS within seconds. We have tried many solutions such as following standard optimization recommendations, limiting mobs, optimizing spawners, etc. but are still experiencing very unsteady performance. We don't know what else to do and I'm hoping someone on BBB is highly experienced in this area of server administration and can provide their services.
