Looking for Server Owner/Developer

Good morning, im currently working on a project, specifically Skyblock Server.
And i was looking for about 3 months for a owner/developer.
What do i mean by Owner and Developer.. Well im looking for a owner that also develops the minecraft server and also manages the server , community etc.

Well you may ask "what do i get from this project if i work for it?"
You as an owner and developer you will be getting 60-70% of the donation, which means if server earns in the current week around 100$ you will be getting 80$.

What do i do?
I provide the following; webhosting, design , server hosting, promotions and mostly the managing.

As mentioned above you will be paid weekly/monthly depending on the server donations!
I want someone mature and knows what he is doing, mentioning again im not looking for just an owner, im looking for a developer which can also own and mantain the server.

i have a 500$ budget lets say like that right?, if the server doesnt get donations doesnt mean that i wont pay the developer , it will mean i will give him money from my personal account not from server. so monthly ill be paying him an amount of money depending how much he works, but most income will be coming from server , if not i will be paying the developer the amount he will ask for! with thanks.

So... if the server gets no donations, the "owner/developer" works for free as it appears you have a practically non existent budget?

I did some quick maths and 60-70% is not $80 - $100
Its triggering me!
