I am looking for a partner to help run my server as which I am not good at things that I need help on.

What I am looking for:

1. Someone that is great with plugins and knows their ins and outs of them.

2. Someone that is willing to split the pay from the server. (I have a server sponsor)

3. Someone that has experience in server making and has made servers before.

4. Knows how to get a player base without paying thousands of dollars.

5. Someones that knows people like dev's, builders, etc.

6. Someone that is mature.

I do have sponsor with a server hosting company. I have privately talked with the owner of the company and we are getting a discount on a dedicated server if we advertise a promo code every 5 minutes in chat. The company I am going to be working with is Fadehost by the way. I have two developers that can make plugins for me and a couple builders and a very good terraformer that can do work for us. All I need from you or my partner is plugins, permissions, buycraft and website and etc. Don't comment if you dont know if you want to make a server or that is not willing to pay.

WE SPLIT THINGS 50 50 SO COST OF BUILDS PLUGINS BUYCRAFT WEBSITE MONEY FROM DONATIONS ETC.

1.) I'm able to do plugins, infact i am very experience with common plugins such as essientials
2.) Im willing to take just 20% regardless of anything
3.) I did co-own a server 2 years ago, i haven't been a owner or co owner recently
4.) Yea i can do this
5.) I have a few builder friends in my skype list.
6.) I am mature
