Introduction
Hello Everyone, I am _Hotlava_ and I am looking for someone to partner with to create a server!
1/3 Owners (Including me)
^ Doesn't have to be three in total.
Before anyone asks all of the partners in the groups will be complete owners, no argument.
I currently have a server called "Skyptic" and it is not released, I have ideas and I would like partners to join up with me making it easier and better to own a server. I have the domain Skyptic.com and we have a Enjin website that isn't quite finished but has the basis of the theme. Also about the website, and I am looking to possibly switching to XenForo. I would like to use the name "Skyptic" for sure. The gamemode we are working on currently is Skyblock but with some custom plugins that I cannot go into detail with, I would like the server to become a network so this is just the first gamemode with will have.
This isn't a part time thing, meaning that we will not have you leave as you are just here to help for the time being.
I am currently looking for up to two partners! So don't hesitate!
Information
Myself:
-I am 13 (I know I am only 13, but trust me I am very mature and I have very good grammar)
-Have owned two servers in the past
-Good plugin knowledge
-Has a good amount of money
-Can manage players (In not a dictator way, hope you know what I mean
)
-Timezone= EST
-Has personal paypal to pay
-Commiting
-I Live in America
Requirements: (These are required no arguments)
-13+ (Non negotiable)
-Owned a server before
-Non-abusive and people friendly (Knowing how to manage people)
-Skype and Teamspeak with a microphone
-Able to be on at least 15 hours+ a week
-Mature
-Has a decent amount of money (Around atleast $20+ a month
-In America or Canada for timezone
-Knows a bit about plugins
-Must understand that the server is important (Not going to spend more time playing another server, ect)
-Must commit (Time, effort, money)
-Must have personal paypal
Preferred: (Not required)
-Little or decent Java knowledge
-Know people (Artisits, Developers, ect)
-Can play 25 hours+ a week

Now I do not want someone to be the one I partner with and then suddenly not play for awhile after a week.
Partnership Information
Like I said we will all have access to paypal, server client area, multicraft, buycraft ect.
For paypal we have the server's paypal in which none of our cards/bank accounts will be hooked up to. To add money pay the server's paypal via your personal payplay thus allowing access to the paypal for us all. We will split profits evenly once we get a lot of extra money. This means that all the money will go to the server for plugins and monthly costs until we have extra then the extra profits will be split evenly.
Passwords: We will decide multiple password for different accounts ( We would make a notepad with the info for accounts)
