Im a freelancer who cant really find people to work for. Thats why im looking for a Services Teams.

I think most services teams in this subforum have made a thread on recruiting freelancers. Maybe try and find their threads since most services teams' accounts are business accounts and don't really find freelancers themselves. (i.e. you come to them not the other way around)
