Use GAListener and put the command that you use to give someone a coin like eco give 10 or something. I could easily help you setup GAListener.

He wants a secondary economy if i am not mistaken as in, essentials economy and then a token shop for donators, voters

Oh I thought he already had the second economy but was looking to get a plugin that gives them tokens when they vote.
