Looking for short-term dev on my server.

I'm looking for a short-term dev to work with me on my server.
This is unpaid work.
Here are my requests:
- Dev should have at least some experience coding plugins, I'm not looking for a shit ton of experience.
- Should have good problem solving skills (probably will go to you if I can't figure out what's wrong lmfao)
- Responsive and friendly (I'll be asking for constant updates on how the plugin is going.)
- Plugins can be open source.

What you gain:
- A server to add to your portfolio
- Not a very heavy workload (atm I only need a few plugins coded)

Information on my server:
It's a non-p2w skyblock server with payouts. It has a lot of features built in already but I am looking for a dev to code some custom plugins that I want to integrate into the gameplay. The server is currently in beta, has received good feedback from players. The playerbase is not very big, but it should grow with more advertising which is in the works. If the server goes well, I'll be expanding into prison and perhaps factions/survival as well.

I don't have a budget to pay a developer right now. The payouts if not reached by community goal would come out of my own pocket. I could pay a developer if I do earn enough.

I meant updates with how the plugin development is going, but sure.
Just looking for a dev who's interested in dedicating a little bit of their time to my server. I have a current dev who works for free right now but they have their own plugin queue so I am looking for one here.

Not necessarily sell it. Any kind of development is a regular job, so people should value their time and experience. Perhaps you will be able to find some 14yo newbie who will be willing to do it for you free, good luck with that.

Imagine not even developers who live in third-world countries such as Venezuela, Vietnam, or India would do this for free. Now imagine you're on a website where most people are US/EU based. Don't you see a problem with this?

People have to understand that Software Engineering is not an easy job and quality doesn't come without a generous payment. Please grow out of this stupid mentality.

I'm not looking for developers to maintain a network, and you'd be surprised there are people with experience who would do this for free because it's not a job it's a hobby to them. Anyways, thanks for all y'all's input lol. I've found the developers to code my plugins already.
