Looking for Singapore VPS | Good DDoS Prot, Anycast

Hi!

I'm looking for a hosting which has a Singapore location, and runs under good DDoS Protection.

For DDoS Protection I would prefer Gcore, but GSL is fine too - however if its GSL i need to be able to add my own filters, and for Gcore it would be preferred to also be able to add my own filters, but not strictly required.

Also I need to be allowed to use the VPS to proxy traffic to an external location, and the VPS also needs ~3-4TB of bandwidth every month.

No this is not for malicious purposes, its a workaround for a platform I'm using which doesn't quite provide what I need.
