Looking for skilled manager

Hello,
a Skyblock, skywars competitive server that just finished it's first season is looking to take a manager on their team for season 2.

Owner has identified that he does not have enough time to do day-to-day tasks to keep the community happy.

He is looking for a manger/person that can handle day to day tasks such as - communication with staff (5 people), players on discord and in game.

Organise events (min. 2x per week) and activities for all the community.

Owner will keep investing in advertising, prizes and growth of the server, but simply does not have the time to keep doing day-to-day things while looking how to take the server to the next level.

If you are experienced and mature enough to work with a large discord community.
Know how to organise events, work in team with other staff members send me DM explaining why you are a good pick.

For the perfect candidate owner is willing to offer % of the donations, as donations perfectly reflect on server management activity.
