Looking for custom messages plugin.

I use a factions plugin and the lang.yml system isn't very customizable so I'm looking for someone who can code a plugin to change around 6-7 messages max and the way the factions prefix is displayed.

That requires changing the source. If you have the source to it, I'd be more than willing to do this for you.

im using a hcf fork of it hc factions is it possible it can be done with that?

May be possible, but I am not one to edit and recompile a plugin without permission from the author. Is it a Para Fork by any chance by Revamp?
