Looking for some building help

So as the title suggests, I am looking for some building help. We are moving from a survival world to a hub network with multiple servers. This new setup is not very far away, but we are missing a really good hub. Me and my staff have built the start of one, but it really needs a new touch. It really needs a "wow factor". We just don't have the time to get all the work done in such a short period of time that we would like to see happen.

We need someone (or a team) that can help us continue with what we have and really make it unique and interesting. Must be able to use/improve the current design. The server overall is a medieval theme, however I think the hub design might be straying from that. Open to suggestions and ideas.

We don't have very much money to work with, but we can include a build tribute to you (or your team). Open to offers and such. Post below what you could offer to create/enhance, the time it would take, and how much it would cost. I am also open to discussing ideas and further details via skype if really needed. Just ask for it.
