Looking for some help hiring a youtuber

So recently I have been getting contacts from YouTubers who say that they would record on my server for a small fee.

I currently have a small player base and really need some advertising, so I am thinking about hiring a YouTuber.

The last guy told me that he gets about 300 views per vid, according to him that's 100 player joins, and 10+ player base. Is that number realistic? The last time I had a YouTuber he was getting 50-100 views per vid and he got about 10 joins and 2 active players...

I have about $20 to spend on advertising (not much at all) and I want to know what I can get with that.
