Looking for some volunteer staff to help with my server

I am looking for some staff to help around with my server, Mostly moderating it but I'm also looking for a developer and maybe a couple Admins.
This server isn't popular yet, but I am also looking for just some people to play on it to help out in growing the community.

I myself have pretty much done everything on the server except 60% of the building.
If you are interested in possibly helping hear is little bit of information about it.

(Currently the server is survival with jobs, Find hidden loot, Parkour,
Shop, Community market and loot crates.

Coming later;
Creative, Mini-games and More.

Ideally;
I am aiming for a server that has.
A good community.
A community to help shape the server.
Good staff that help.)


Requirements for staff

1: You must be at least 15.
2: You must have experience with server before, or done moderation on a server.
3: Preferably Australian times zones but I will accept other time zones.

Quick tip! Fixing simple grammar mistakes in posts on mcm, discord, or even on the server, will show users you aren't a waste of time. It makes you look somewhat professional and could potentially drive more players to stay. (This is not meant to bash you, just give you some helpful advice)

Thank you for making me aware of this but unfortunately I am not aware of where the grammar mistakes are.
I have however gone over to try and solve some of my mistakes what I think are grammar mistakes, I hope I have got them all.
