Overview
As the title states, I'm looking for somebody that can run my minigame server for me. It's developed from the ground up by myself, using only a few public plugins. I'm looking for somebody that would be dedicated, has a lot of time to spare, would bring new ideas, and is semi-familiar with how minigame servers operate.
Backstory of how this all got started
I originally started with the server as an employee, developing the framework for the minigames to run on. I offered to partner up with the guy I was working for in order to help make the server something special. A few months in, I essentially inherited ownership due to him not wanting to be active anymore. After that, I kept on working on it, pretty much just for the fun of it.
Why can't I do it myself?
Well, I'm a fairly busy person and I'm not at all experienced with running a server. Ideally, I want this server to be run by somebody that knows what they're doing. I've invested too much time/money into it for it to not be run properly by somebody that's experienced.
No, I am not looking for somebody that can financially support the server. No money is required. I'll discuss a proper way of structuring how the income of the server should be split up with whomever I choose for this role.

Experience running servers
Bonuses:
Experience working with YML files
Linux experience would be a plus
Java/Git/Maven/Redis/MySql experience would be a plus
