Looking for someone creative for a new idea.

Hey, My name is Mason and I am a freelance java developer. I recently had the idea for a brand new unique project. This is something I have not seen before personally, it could very well have been done before. This isn't you're typical "come be owner pay for everything" type post. I have already put about 16 hours into a base plugin for this and am willing to put much more into it, as well as purchased logos and domain. I'm just looking for someone to help me finalize this idea.
