Just create a void world, import the schematic with McEdit in it, and use the X Y Z buttons to move around the build, in this case press Down on near the Y button, it will lower the build.

That would would an all but its pretty much an entire world not a schematic, thank you though

Oh yea I don't know about that, only use schematics in McEdit, You can always look online for help, good luck with this.

What it would require you to do is open the relevant world ('open', then select the level.dat), select the area you want moved, cut it, then move it downwards and paste it. Hard, with bigger worlds.
