Looking for someone that can code a kill-rewards plugin!

Hi,

I'm looking for a coder, which can make a pretty simple kill-rewards plugin. It must have these things included:

• PlaceHolders for kills, deaths, most-kills and more.
• If you try to kill the same person again, you must kill another person between or wait a specific time/cooldown.
• The plugin must have a config.yml, where I can change the text to Swedish.
• It should also reward the player with money for each kill, but if they try to kill the same person it will not register the kill and not give the person any money.
