Looking for someone to config jobs reborn to my specifications.

Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble configuring a few things on my own and figured I'd just ask for help. A quick overview of what I need specifically:

- permissions to be granted to the user when they reach x level;
- permissions to be removed from the user if they leave the job;
- congratulatory messages that appears only for the user when they reach x level;
- custom items purchaseable on the shop with required job levels; (it's direclty linked to another plugin so we will have to talk about this if it's possible but I think it is.)
- custom items with job boosts;

Believe it or not, jobs reborn is not a fun plugin to configure and its quite confusing. I wish I could help but I gave up with jobs on my server.
