I am looking for someone who’s knowledgeable with WorldPainter (or a similar program) and who’s willing to create a 5000 x 5000 map size. I’d like the map to include all types of default Minecraft terrain, including rare terrain, and with the ability for structures to generate. I would also like some sketches of the world before it’s going to be created. If you’re interested please PM me. Further discussion of compensation will also be revealed.

To my knowledge, it is not yet possible to make 1.16 worlds with Worldpainter. You can export a 1.14+ world, and if you first load it in 1.16 it might generate a few 1.16 things (including a nether and end if you dont have those made in WP), but adding in 1.16 blocks etc is not an option. Hell, as of right now not even 1.15 is officially supported yet (no beehive blocks available).

It's "1.14 and later". Meaning that worlds made this way can be opened and played in 1.15 and 1.16 but actual content from those versions can only be generated by minecraft itself.

Your best shot would actually be for someone to make the world's height and coloring in Worldmachine, then import it into minecraft using the CFI part of FAWE, which has 1.16-compatible beta versions out. However, these are said to be unstable so it's unclear whether this will actually work.
Another option would be to have someone use blocks you don't need in terrain (glazed terracotta etc) as 'mask' for 1.15 blocks when making a worldpainter map, then have them be replaced with 1.16 FAWE after export.
