Looking for someone to develop a plugin for me!

What I want:
A plugin that can display a list of all recipes in the server, including custom ones in a chest GUI.
Something similar to JEI/NEI (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/jei), just in plugin form.
I want a player to be able to click on an item in a ChestGUI & see the recipe they clicked on.
