It's already compiled by someone, includes source code & .jar, just scroll to the bottom of the github post.

I have that. But I need the KB fixed for more of HCF. that is legit for practice with NO KB

STOP TRASHING THE DAMN THREAD HOLY I AM REMOVING IT. My server actually has good KB and Hit Detection like no other. That is why this spigot works too good on it. East Players will legit take no KB. Bye.
