The 3x3 or well, infusion enchant in token enchants is causing problems on my server. I am wondering if anyone can edit the plugin to cancel break event if a note block is broke with the pick.

tl;dr I dont want people to be able to mine noteblocks with diamond picks.

This isn't an effective way to do things. The plugin will update, and you'll be left with your version which you can't update because it'll reintroduce the problem you're talking about. Why not suggest it as a feature on the Spigot page?
