Looking for Someone to help me fix MobSpawning for Spawners on a Server

Hey, i'm willing to pay someone to fix a bug on my Server that makes mobs in a mobspawner not spawn at all. This bug is due to a glitch or something that i don't know or realized. I probably forgot to enable it somewhere in a plugin or in my Server configuration so if anyone can tell me the steps or make sure i've done what i needed to enable them, i will pay you for helping me.
