Looking for someone to invest in a server

I am looking to start a brand new hcf/factions themed server. Unfortunately i haven't got the sufficient funds to invest right now but will be able to down the line, so i begin my search in someone who can provide support and investments into this server. When we start making money i will give you a higher percentage of the costs depending on what we agree on. Just to give a little backstory, another friend of mine used own a server which i was co-owner on we had a dev, builders and staff which i am still in contact with which will make the process a whole lot easier plugins and server management wise. After, that I asked what he would invest he actually said well if the server does good then I'll invest money, else I'm not going to invest anything because why would you it's dead...
