Looking for someone to make a server website (basic one)

Hello,
I am the owner & founder of the new server hyblock. Our server's website is close to trash (hyblock.ml) I got it from a template. I am looking for someone to make us a website including the "player online" javascript, voting sites, and staff. I am looking for all of the websites to be done through HTML or another good source. I am wanting a basic website like fenrirmc.net. I am looking to not pay someone for this job because I do not have a lot of money but I can promise if the server gets big they will get money, or once we get money.
