Looking for someone to make a simple clicking website with leaderboard

Hello, I'm looking for someone that can make me a simple website with just a button to click and a counter of how many times you have clicked, and that has a database (Doesn't matter which database, just one that works) I am also looking to get a country leaderboard where it automatically detects which country you are in and adds the points to that country. It does not need to have any design or anything, preferably made with html, php and js


I am willing to pay around 10$-15$ when I get my paycheck which is 10th may but it would be nice to get the website before that.
