Looking for someone to make a smp server fore me

TL;DR: normally I'd do this myself but broke my wrist so here I am.
Idc about exclusivity, so you can sell it as a setup if you'd like after it's complete.

What I'm looking for:
- 1.16.5 ready to be 1.17 when update comes out.
- No ranks, kits, or any P2W features
- Spawn area is just a vanilla world that's been smoothed out in a 200x200 area.
- Inside spawn there are claimable areas 13x13 squares, that you purchase, that people can use to setup chest shops.
- Basic economy, with only food, mob drops, farmable, and ore as sellable items. [I have a license for ShopGUI+]
- Basic jobs, like miners make money from mining ores, farmers farm, and alchemists brew, etc.
- Basic mcMMO [I have a license for new mcMMO]
- Grief prevention, players start with 10k claim blocks and gain 1k/hr, pistons work outside of claims.
- Night skip on 50% sleeping.
- 2 homes for everyone.

if you use any premium plugins in the setup lmk, and I'll buy them.i
