im on a server that has it rnThis isn't physically possible. In the same way that plugins cannot create custom "hotkeys", plugins cannot directly read (in most cases) keyboard input, nor can they (again, in most cases) fake it.
Some exceptions could be made (for example, pressing your inventory button could be double-faked by the plugin by just having the plugin open / close the inventory), and likewise WASD-Space-Shift input could likely be mostly faked too.
Other than that, this is not physically possible. Plugins can never read direct keyboard input (the Minecraft client only sends limited data to the server, not every keypress, and even then the server does not make that data externally accessible for the most part), thus the plugin cannot usually read, nor usually fake, keyboard input.

Re-read the post. Pretty sure he mains a redstone button (wooden or stone button). And (b), that would only be possible with a modded Spigot server and accompanying client mod. Then it's either a) using a faking method, or b) not running a standard Spigot (with a modded Spigot this would theoretically be possible). You asked for a plugin, and I do not believe with most Spigots this information is readable from a plugin, unless they have drastically changed the level of data available in standard Spigot builds since I last checked.
