Looking for someone to make me a pay for flying plugin.

Hi Everyone,

I'm interested in a plugin similar to Pfly on spigot. It basically needs to allow people to purchase flight time with their in game money. I liked Pfly while it was available but the creator hasn't touched it in a while and it isn't compatible with 1.11. As far as features are concerned you can look at the above and as long as it has that and is 1.11 compatible I'd be happy.
