Looking for someone to make me a simple plugin

I use a level plugin on my server, to make a specific level you need a specific amount of experience, everything looks smooth until the player reached the last level, because even that he has the last level which has a X amount of experience, he still can gain experience.

So basically i need someone to make a plugin that lets me set a limit of experience that all players can have on that plugin, this rule should also being applied even if there is someone on the server that have already more experience that the limit that i want
