Hello, I am looking for someone to build me some OP Prison mines. As I am tight on budget for a couple months I am not offering any money for this. This is more meant for a builder that wants to help out and just build for the fun of it. Please do not contact me if you want to do a paid service.

Dude, the ratio of beginning builders looking to make a name for themselves on here is very small. Most people on here are already established and therefore would not benefit in the least from the 'exposure' of a free job. As such you're better off trying places like the Minecraft subreddit or PlanetMinecraft (MinecraftForum is sadly dying).
