Looking for someone to make trading card graphics

Basically, looking for some artwork for my trading card collection. GFX obviously but trouble is I need to find someone who an make them like these: https://jasmeow.pics/w9hQvX.png

Budget being around $50-100 for a set of cards being around 60, we can discuss all this in DM's.
