Looking for someone to open up a unique server idea. [experience required]

I've owned many factions servers in the past with $1000 sotw, my latest example is being the sole developer of deltapvp's skyblock (owners we're instagram meme pages and had 0 knowledge so I legit built the skyblock from the ground up and they did the advertising with their 100k+ pages on ig).
^^ i can provide proof of that as I am still developer and still have access to the buycraft and everything.

Basically I am looking for another owner with actual experience to open up a RP server but really unique. I really don't want to spoil more but I already have google documents ready for it and if you're interested, just add me on discord: deep.#0001

I am not looking for any money, just need someone with motivation and knowledge in how to actually own a server and manage it.
