Looking for someone to optimize my open source plug-in

I want to find out the source of my lag on my KitPVP Paper Server. I would like my lag to be optimized within the plugin itself, removing laggy features, finding out the source, and getting the solutions to it. My KitPVP plugin experienced lag when someone dies, etc and I want to know the source and get a modified version of the plugin to solve the lag.
