LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO OPTIMIZE TPS *20

Hi, I am currently looking for someone with years of experience to optimize my server. In the hope of getting a TPS of 20 (optimal), my server will probably hit 100+ players server-wide and 60+ players in a given server (Survival, Skyblock, Prision..) who have the experience and ability to do this.
