Looking for someone to run a Prison server!

As the title states, I'm looking for someone to run a prison server. It isn't released yet, but it's fully setup with a custom map.

You will be required to spend the majority of your time on the server.

I am basically looking for someone great with people to manage and build a community, appoint staff, etc.

You would get a percentage of donations generated. (Probably about 10-30% after server costs).

This is NOT a job, but its for someone that wants their own server without doing much work.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS:
Must be mature
Excellent grammar skills
Must be above the age of 16
Must not be currently involved with any other servers (management/admin/mod positions).
