Looking for someone to start a server with me (from scratch) (pay when open)

Im looking for experience and dedication!
Im not looking for you to put money into the server but it'd be great if you did.
Pay will be 40% of donations (50% if you help with server host pay)
Game modes i'd do: skyblock, prison, kitpvp and factions
I have alot of experience in making servers and would love to make one again
