Please take the time to read my extremely long post, I've tried to keep it short but there's a lot of details I felt I needed to include to explain/express myself.
It's server related stuff so yes, there's money involved, it depends how closely we work but it would most likely be based on a %Cut from donations.

Hey, I wasn't really sure where to post this because it's kind of a unique post!- Sorry if I got that wrong.
For a long time not on and off for about the past year I've been working on a Minecraft server.
It's definitely a passion, but it's about money too.
I'm not going to go into too much detail because there's a lot of things that might not make much sense or wont describe themselves very well unless they're explained.
I've put around £2000 into the server, most of that went on builds with plugins coming second.
This is where my problem comes in- The server still isn't finished! I've got a couple of the plugins there's one select group which I just can't seem to find a developer to do.
Yes, the plugins are possible within Minecraft, but through all the 50-100+ devs I've talked to/messaged over this past year, there's always been a problem, either they are busy, inconsistent, unreliable, don't stay in contact, not skilled enough- which is hard to gauge until I get them to try making something. Or they try to scam and end up wasting my time.
All of this takes a lot of time, I have all the planning, all the builds, all the ideas, everything, for so long, yet after so many months I still can't find a good developer.
Every time I try to find a good one, I post on all the reliable forums I know of and spend a week having thee same conversations with so many developers, then I find a GOOD developer, but there's always been a negative, something that ruins it.
I've been careful, I've been doing everything I can to make things work out but it's the worse.
So what I'm looking for is a god-like dev, who I know 19913521% can get it done.
Through either contact or recommendation.

OR another server owner/passionate person who I can trust to work with me.
Who already has the contacts with developers and know they have the qualities.
The main issue with this is trust, I've tried to work with a couple people before like this but it's very difficult to build a strong trust.
I know most people are good people, but I don't want to take that chance even if it's 1%..
All the time, effort and money.. It's like my soul is grinded into this now.
But if I work with someone who's respected/has a reputation to uphold, then I can be sure.

There's two things that matter to me, Games and Minecraft servers.. And this is no understatement, I'm a happy loner who struggles in the real world. That doesn't mean I'm not competent enough to have a conversation with you.
So I play a lot of Games most of the time, and Minecraft servers are a huge passion, It's not even about money when it comes down to it, but to make a good one.. Servers that stand out on top of all the rest, naturally, take a lot of time and money.
I would love to work with someone who has the same passion as I do, you don't have to be a loner though, I just wanted to explain myself a little bit ^^

Summing up what I've said, I'm either looking for a very good developer, don't contact me unless you know, 100%, that you have the commitment and skill to do it.
Or a server owner with a fair sized server already, (someone I can TRUST).
I know someone with a Youtube following for example, or a server owner who's making money off that server already isn't going to risk fucking that up for no good reason.

The last thing is money, I have enough room to pay costs to finish the server, you don't have to worry about paying anything out for that. Any costs for other servers/builds/plugins, anything, would come from money the server makes.
YOU would get a %Cut, I don't know what it would be, it depends on a lot of things.
Naturally I'll do all I can to get you trusting in my ideas if you're interested in working together.
But money comes down to how involved we are with each other and server related costs.
It's something that can be talked about anyway.
