Looking for someone to work with.

I've had the files/builds for this server a long time now, you can check past posts and you'll see just how long I've had the means to do it but haven't. At this point I don't think this server can make much money, but I just want to make enough with it to put into something bigger and more inspiring. I've never done anything with this server because I just feel so overwhelmed now, thoughts, work and emotions stack up over time. So I'm looking for someone I can work with properly and seriously on this server and whatever comes after that. It won't work if you just want to make money, if you really enjoy the creativity and possibilitys Minecraft has and really want to try and explore those new ideas and turn them into a really great server that people enjoy playing and leaves them in awe then that's perfect. You need knowledge and experience with servers but you don't have to be perfect, as long as you're mature and have worked a fair bit with servers before. As for myself, I have the motivation and potential to do some really great stuff with Minecraft, but I need to find someone to work with closely on this or it's just never going to happen. Would love to try and get a few anti-cheats and more plugins into that, also Skylord is a very experienced server creator so I recommend private messaging him as well as getting me in as a plugin tester/plugin configurator. Not that I can code, but I can sometimes tweak a few plugins to make them a little customized.
