i need someone who can build a cheap server listing website I’m looking to pay 50-100$ if we have to go a little over I can change my budget a little.
I’d like it to have a support part to it,a login and voting system and a spot for premium server who pay for it

Have you tried using XenForo? I personally believe it's the best. It's the same exact forums site that MCM uses and many other Minecraft servers.
