So I'm recruiting a new Helper for my server. He's just passed the written interview, the next stage is for the voice interview.
In the voice interview, there will be role-play, where there will be a "player" with a specific issue, the issue will provided to you. For example, you might say "Oh there's a hacker in /warp pvp help" I want to see how the potential recruit will handle the situation.
Is anyone able to help?
