I currently have a server that I want to optimise, I'm looking for a specialist who can do this for me, nobody else. I currently have a 10-30 player base server with RAM usage ranging from 3GB to 9GB... clearly something is going wrong

I'm looking for someone who can understand pretty much all errors though the server console
